  1. Return & Refund Policy

At DSFashion, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.

    Returns

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unused.

    • In their original condition.

    • Returned with all original packaging and included materials.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

    How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at vdsstore033@gmail.com and include your order number. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions and guide you through the return process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. This allows you to monitor the shipment and helps ensure that your return reaches us safely.

DSFashion cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to us.

    Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, exchanges may be available upon request.

Please mention that you would like an exchange when contacting us and include your order number and the item or size you would prefer. Our team will then assist you with the next steps.

    Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account. Processing times can vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
